Hike for a cause
Now in its 12th year, the Hike-a-Thon is one of the Museum’s primary fundraisers and all of the money raised goes directly to supporting the Museum’s educational programming. Below you will find some important information about the Museum by the numbers: Museum Facts at a Glance
Date: Saturday, April 21 - Rain date Sunday, April 22
- Check in begins at 9:00 am
- Welcome & warm-up at 9:30 am, then head out to the trails!
Location: Outdoor Discovery Center on Muser Drive across from 174 Angola Road, Cornwall
Please join us for an afternoon of fun at our Earth Day Celebration, immediately following the Hike-a-Thon!
Hikers of all ages and abilities are welcome!
-The Nature Play Trail is for families & includes stops along the Young Naturalist's favorite Nature Play spots.
-The Pond Trail is self guided and perfect for beginner hikers and is stroller friendly
-The Naturalist Guided Trail is a moderate hike, guided by an experienced Museum Environmental Educator.
-The McKeon Loop Trail is a more rigorous hike for seasoned hikers.

Please note: Online registration for the General Public will close on Friday April 20 at 4pm, but you can still register the morning of the Hike-a-Thon in person. The prices will not increase!
